    Well I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for any post that received a warning for innocuous offenses like doable posting and snarky remarks that received minor flame warnings.

    Also anyone whose complaining about the mods themselves.

    Sure we'd need to show some discretion as to not develop a toxic community, but there's plenty of poeple who give intelligent, insightful commentary, 99% of the time but say things that hurt lil'fefes and get reported the other 1%.

    A big issue right now is just getting enough people interested that enough content is being generated to bring people back for more. Once we've populated the forum with a stable community we have the option of slowly growing it into a massive awesome one.

    To that effect I'd try to recruit individuals who aren't political. I don't personally read or write fan fiction, but it's popular and won't get us falsely accused of being nazis.

    To that effect I'd advertise our creative writing rules as being more relaxed then SB.

    Personally I'd let people write whatever they wanted as long as it wouldn't get us in trouble for hate speech or the like. My philosophy has always been that they're just words on a page. I'm going to go take a look at the SB creative writing rules and see whats up.

    Overall it is your site you can set the rules however you like. My thought process is just "I'd rather be accused of frequenting an amature smut page then a Neo-nazi site" those are both real extremes though, hopefully we won't be either.
    Expect to be accused of both though.

    I've looked it over and one thing I'd consider is making an explicit subforum of creative writing for heavily explicit sexual and violent TEXT.

    So you could go to prominent writers in the community and advertise yourself as unwilling to limit their creative vision. The normal creative writing board could be pg-13 for general audiences, a R rated subforum would be below that for everything in between the general creative writing sub forum and the Heavily explicit subforum underneath it.

    Just spit balling.
