    It's a quest in the Kaiserreich world, after the 2nd world war where you play as a liberalizing Imperial Japan in a cold war against the Syndicalist west.

    This Japan has been significantly liberalizing ever since they've gained superpower status in the 2nd world war (not that 2nd world war), and is now significantly more socially open and progressive than OTL Japan.
