Bullseye and Kingpin(Earth 616) vs Roman and Neo(RWBY)

Rules:
  • In character for both sides
  • Kingpin and Bullseye get feats from marvel's earth 616
  • Neo and Roman get feats from RWBY's volumes
  • Random Encounter
  • Standard Gear/equipment/weapons
  • Bullseye gets 30 metal daggers & 25 metal throwing stars just in case.
  • Starting Distance 50 meters apart(inside of any local Walmart)
  • Win By Killing,KO and Incap.

Kkngpin has his "normal" equipment, which apparently includes a disintegration ray in his cane that can vaporize metal. His "obliterator cane". The jeweled pin he always wears sprays sleep gas too.

Which doesn't help him against people that move fast enough to dodge bullets and cross 30 feet in the blink of an eye.

You mean people like Spiderman, who he fights on a regular basis? Seriously, damn near everyone who matters in Marvel has feats of tagging folks faster than Semblance using Ruby.

Neo is canonically as powerful as Winter is.

What's her best actual on screen feat. "As powerful" can mean a shit ton of different things in a show like RWBY.

Okay, and? Teleporting isn't even actual speed, and the guy whose daily training is fighting five high end martial artists simultaneously isn't going to be caught unawares just because you are suddenly behind him. He's used to fighting when he can't see all the attackers. She isn't fighting at teleport speed any more than Nightcrawler does.

Edit: and the only reason it really is a fight is that the Marvel side has no prep. The gear I mentioned is his street clothes. Kingpin has at least once shown a set of Iron Man armor sized for him.

Then she really isn't all that suitable for a vs. and Roman doesn't really have anything exceptionally impressive featwise, despite being the most fun villain in the show thus far.

I mostly popped in because everyone underestimates Fisk. Seriously, the guy beat Captain America in hand to hand, goes toe to toe with guys who can throw city buses around, punches bullet dodgers, and has enough willpower that he matched Doom's famous "I beat Purple Man's mind control through sheer badassery" feat.
 
I will note that it's been some time since Kingpin was able to give Spidey a rumble- he's depowered some since the days when he was a primarily spidey villain. Remember the time when a pissed-off Peter came to prison *as Peter*, so not even using webbing and such, and beat the snot out of him? And Bullseye got absolutely flattened by American Eagle, who's strong and tough but not in a super-high league.

Anyway, while the Marvel ones can definitely put up a fight, the RWBY ones do have the overall stat advantages and the skill to win, especially Neo.

It's been a while since I read comics, but I'll note that Kingpin definitely has more pure skill and experience than literally anyone in RWBY short of maybe Ozpin. Also, if he was in prison longterm it also means he wouldn't have been able to keep up his insane levels of training, so he'd be in a weakened state from the getgo.

The man has decades of experience, training in several martial arts, experience fighting against beings who make anything seen in RWBY seem tame, and has survived all of it. Not just through strength but through skill, cunning, ruthlessness and charisma. He has the sheer willpower to fight off one of the most effective mind controllers in the setting. The main characters of RWBY are fucking college students. I didn't say power. I said skill and experience.

But, uh, at the very least Qrow is at least as experienced.

True, I was talking about the main characters. Although honestly, even most of the adult characters haven't had to deal with the amount of stuff Fisk has in his career. (Honestly lost interest in RWBY after the invasion of the school)

They are on a fucking death world, what the hell has Fisk dealt with that tops that? And I don't mean outliers.

I would not say so, RWBY people are definitely skilled and experienced, and he was not in there long.


Qrow was in tons of fights just escoring RNGR- an experienced hunter should have thousands of fights under their belt, even the students have dozens.
