So I start work at 1900 hours, end at 0200 hours, then drive my co-worker home, drive my car home, take a bus, at 0530 I am again at work, do the job, travel by foot to another location at 1500 hours, at 2030 hours that job is done return to the previous location, again on foot, do the job I started at 0530 again, at 2300 hours I am told go home the job you just did is not needed.

Yes, I am complaining but I is my fault for working for entertainment industry for the last 10 years. The pay varies, the hours suck whale penis, but they do feed us.
If you ask me what feature length film we were making, I honestly couldn't tell you. I didn't actually ask.
So to anyone who is thinking about finding employment in film crews or adjacent field, I say;
*giggle snort* "have fun with that and my condolences to your family."

Hard to tell from the outside, but in other countries the Eurocentrists seemed to maintain their dominance, and I suspect that is what will happen here. Been doing a looot of research on Europe because I plan on visiting soon-ish

My fevered dreams have narration running in them. Full sentences, nice imagery, eloquent actually.
I guess fever dreams should not make sense by definition so I am not to be surprised by them.

I really thought my cat Mojito had crawled off into the woods to die a few days ago, but he's back! He's definitely sick but the antibiotics they gave him at the vet seem to have given him a new lease on life. I'm doing everything in my power to keep him inside from now on.
My right hand got broken on Thursday. Been in hospital since Friday. Got to scare the ER when they tried to put my dislocated shoulder back in, they failed a bunch of times and a yelled quite a lot.
Had to be put under. Turns out it takes 5 people to pop a shoulder back in. 3 to hold you down and 2 to pull.
They gave me 6 weeks sick leave.
And people wonder why medical workers look so attractive? It is a very physically demanding job. Strong and healthy is attractive.
Also I am never again drinking Jim Beam bourbon. I had no idea how drunk I was when I tried to get down the stairs.
My mother had a great long laugh at my expense so there is a silver-lining.

Even chilling out jobless, family matters are still a stress......
My uncle is attempting to "persuade" me to sign a contract selling a piece of ancestral land... without the presence of a lawyer... with him as a middle broker....
My insistence of having a lawyer were being brushed aside by him, he says "Don't worry, I trust him."....
All sorts of alarm rings in my head..... Now I'm contacting my aunties to see if they can slap some sense into that drunk old man....
