Good riddance to bad rubbish. You're going to be sitting right next to Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Po Pot, and other monsters of history in hell getting your just deserts. Have a nice stay.

He can actually sit next to Vladimir Lenin for couping the peoples will. Lenin in the case of the assembly and couping the anarchists because they lost the election and Mugabe in talijg advantage of the peoples anger at the rhodesian government to enact his own will.

Stalin has one of his own pits with Mao

The thing about Lenin was that he wasn't stupid, and it wasn't like the Blacks (the faction, not the skin color) weren't going to betray him anyway. He also tried to get things going in a more organic way with essentially 'limited/small-scale capitalism'.

If you want anyone that this guy would be sitting next to, it would be Trotsky, aka 'The Red Butcher'. Some of the things Trotsky did during the Russian Civil War is really grim reading, something that Stalin took for himself...

Oh no, Stalin shares a spot with Hitler because he hated pretty much anyone not Russian or Georgian and more or less carried out mini-holocausts out of paranoia. Mao is a whole different kettle, as he made mules look like they can compromise and was more willing to try to pull a Stalin when he didn't have the savvy or base to do it.

1. Oh of course he had reason to betray the anarchists neither liked the other but the absolute worse way to betray the blacks was to do it after they just won the election meaning the people had fucking en masse voted for.them is it any wonfer left communism popped up in reaction to his actions. And it would start a trend of "never trust anyone who isnt an anarchist" as reformists are barely socialist and the vanguardists are purge happy.

I mean i also dont know what we expected the guy who thinks such ideas as the Vanguard and the decay of the state are good ideas. But it could be worse it could be the contradiction.

Stalin and mao acted exactly how all.vanguardist do enact a vanguard party give some power to the people then react badly when prople point out how your communism is destroying the will of the people. Then take away that power and purge dissidents then be surprised when either they want to be anarchist or hate communism. Vanguardists never learn and they constantly blame anyone but themsleves and their rock stupid theories.

Isn't that the guy who shaved his moustache specifically to look like Hitler's?

Where did you get the impression that he hated everyone except Russians and Georgians? He was pretty indiscriminate with whom he purged, and had a deep suspicion of anyone.

Even his own family wasn't spared his ire. What makes you think he cared what ethnic group you came from?

From what I could understand, he had 'favorites'... just even being his 'favorite' won't save you from getting mass-murdered...

Not quite acurate.

Unlike Hitler Stalin didn't "hate" anyone, a mild anti-semetic streak aside.

What made him terrible was a brutally pragmatic streak and a tendency of associating people with groups when the group opposes his goals.

Cossacks and Kalmyks form some volunteer units for the Germans? Deported to Siberia. Volga Germans exist? Deported. Finnish communists exist? Purged for possible loyalty to Finland. Soviet Koreans exist? Deported to Central Asia. Polish people exist? Purged. Tsarist officials still around? Purged. (that last one might have actually been reasonable given that they changed loyalties once but still wtf)

Etc etc.

"Holodomor" didn't just result in lots of Ukrainians dying from starvation, but plenty of Russians, Kazakhs etc. died from that famine. People can debate whether it was bureaucratic callousness the same way the British starved over a million Indians during WWII and the millions of Chinese during the Great Leap Forward, but the government of Stalin generally took a very broad brush when it came to dealing "traitors" and "potential traitors".

After all, by the time the Revolution reached Stalin's reign, it was in the "Revolution eats its Children" phase.

I don't think you'll find many or any examples of this in the historical record. You have the deportations of Germans, Koreans, Chechens, etc.., but those were specifically motivated by pragmatic concerns.

As mentioned above, Stalin's brutality was of a pragmatic character.

anyway, Mugabe is lightyears away from Stalin!

People prefer to think that the perpetrators of awful things do so because they are "bad," and the badness is the result of some pathology like incredible hate. It's easier to get up in the morning if you think that, because it draws a sharp dividing line between normal people and the baddies.

George Bush II and Blair inflicted much more suffering on the world than Mugabe. But let's focus on the African dude

When they die they'll get their own threads.

Yeah... a tyrant is a tyrant regardless of what country they come from

They'll get lots of respect, like now.
Here? Are you joking? The best I've seen towards Bush is "less racist than Trump". Don't even see Blair mentioned.

Not so sure about here, but Bush's favourability rating basically doubled due to Trump [ref]. Not sure it will last, so there is a general enough phenomenon of anti-Trumpism being a vehicle for whitewashing the sins of past politicians.
