Yes, here are some feats gathered from SB

  1. A human giving the added up speed/strength/endurance/knowldge/fighting skill/durabillity/every other attribute of all 7 billion of us humans
  2. This composite human can put out terawatts of power. It can put out the equivalent of nuclear yields in a single minute. It can incinerate you just by moving its hand really quickly.

Steve is a nasty fellow who would be best dealt in range, even his NUT would fuck up Goku's immune system. S/he would not be fought alone because of that nasty regen/cloning.
