I mean they do that too, if you're from one of the really old Hispanic communities where Spanish is the primary language, if you don't have your papers please ICE will pick your ass up and try to deport you even though you can trace your family being US citizens back to 1836. American citizens are held for years at a time, without being allowed to speak to their lawyer or being provided one because of ICE being blatantly allowed to flout Constitutional law when it comes to brown people.
