So what the fox news article isn't saying is that he's not been convicted of anything yet and is out on bond pending trial just like thousands of other accused criminals across the country. Literally the only reason this is news is that Fox is fearmongering over immigration. They certainly don't mention the Jan 6er who's been charged with similar crimes and is likewise out on bond while arguing that he should be free of all charges because they'd never have found the evidence of his crimes without the Jan 6 investigation.
Always assume Fox is dishonest propaganda, because they'd never have admitted as much in court
